Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 6, 2026

This policy describes how Carlton Family Corporation ("we," "us") collects and uses information on bradfordcarlton.com (the "Site").

1. Information We Collect

You provide it: name and email when you purchase a course, take the Bottleneck Finder assessment and request your analysis, or book a Business Leverage Audit; booking details (chosen time, notes you include); and anything you email us. Payments: processed by Stripe; we receive your name, email, and purchase details but never your full card number. Collected automatically: standard web logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) and, when advertising is running, cookie/pixel data from analytics and advertising partners such as Meta (Facebook) Pixel, used to measure ads and build audiences.

2. How We Use It

To deliver what you asked for (course access links, lesson unlock emails, your assessment analysis, audit booking confirmations and calendar invites); to respond to you; to send occasional emails with practical business content and offers (you can unsubscribe at any time by replying or using the link in the email); to measure and improve the Site and our advertising; and to meet legal obligations.

3. What We Share (and Don't)

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business: Stripe (payments), Google (email, calendar invites, file delivery), our hosting providers, and advertising/analytics platforms (such as Meta) in connection with measuring campaigns. These providers process data under their own privacy commitments. We may disclose information if required by law.

4. Cookies, Consent, and Advertising

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure ads shown on other platforms. If you are visiting from the EU, UK, or EEA, advertising cookies stay off until you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. Everywhere else, they are on by default and you can turn them off at any time. Either way, use the "Privacy choices" link in the footer of every page to change your decision; you can also control cookies in your browser settings and manage ad preferences inside Facebook/Instagram settings.

What we store on your device:

First-party analytics: we collect anonymous page-interaction data (which sections you scroll to, how long they're on screen, which buttons are clicked) using a random session identifier that is not linked to your name, email, or any advertising profile. This uses no cookies and cannot identify you.

Server-side purchase measurement: when you buy something, we report the purchase to Meta server-to-server so we can measure whether our ads pay for themselves. This is based on the transaction itself (our legitimate interest in measuring advertising for a purchase you chose to make), not on browsing cookies, and happens regardless of your cookie choice.

5. Your Choices and Rights

You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep, like purchase history) by emailing bradford@bradfordcarlton.com.

EU/UK/EEA visitors (GDPR): you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time (via the "Privacy choices" footer link for cookies, or by email for anything else) without affecting prior processing. Our lawful bases are: contract (delivering what you bought), consent (advertising cookies, marketing email), and legitimate interest (measuring our own advertising and improving the Site). You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

California and other US state residents: we do not sell personal information. Sharing pixel data with Meta for ad measurement may count as "sharing" under some state laws; you can opt out via the "Privacy choices" link in the footer. We honor the rights your state's law provides and never discriminate for exercising them.

6. Data Retention and Security

We keep purchase and member records for as long as needed to provide access and meet legal requirements, and marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission is 100% secure.

7. Children

The Site and Services are for business owners and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
